1. Have a Discussion

 We like to find out the finer details of your project and go over your technical drawings and discuss everything in detail. We need to understand the customers needs and family/living lifestyle . Its important there is clear communication so we can tailor your specific requirements.

2. schedule a meeting: This will allow both parties to have a focused and uninterrupted conversation. (Scope of the works, timeline, budget, spec, program and design) Setting realistic expectations. Once we havee all the items we require we can then provide a tender/quotation for the project.

 

3. Estimation

Once we have the specifications and the Project brief, we will provide you with an estimate for the works. At this stage we can go over suitable alternatives if you need help managing your budget and make design savings where possible.

 

4. Begin the Works

Once all details are confirmed, We will then develop the risk assessments and method statements

,work with principle designers and architects to bring the scheme to life. A time line program will be developed to give the client a realistic project start to finish program. 

 

5. Installation

If this is something we have agreed, we will work together to find a suitable time to install the joinery or bespoke items. We have a highly experienced team of fitters and sub contractors who are tidy qualified in there individual trades and efficient.

Progress reports are carried out between management and clients depending on the project weekly or fortnightly either on site or via online meetings. We aim to have total transparency through out the works as we now ideas do change from time to time as the project develops.
